I whant to install windows server 2025 Std (ROK) on my New Serveur Prolian ML160 with RAID 1 MR216i-p

whan I boot on my usb stick and start install It dont't find the drive
I use the drivers of package cp050672.exe and select the HPE MR216i-p Gen11 (MegaSas35.inf)
but I have ane error : A media driver your computer needs is missing. Thiscould be a DVD, USB or Hard disk driver ....

Hi @mattgour ,
I assume, you are trying for ML Gen11 server. The driver you have downloaded may not be compatible.
Please try cp064823.exe. If it doesn't work. Try to install by using Intelligent provisioning.

Some steps are -
a. Verify your server model is supported by installed MR controller
b. Try updating the controller firmware
b. Verify server must support the Windows server 2025 OS
c. Go to Support.hpe.com and try downloading the driver by searching on MR controller bases but verify is it supported by OS, Server model
d. Use SPP and update system and all its component's firmware

the cp064823.exe. doesn't work
It don't find any compatible driver for the MR216i-p RAID card

how can I install with the Intelligent provisioning.

Hi @mattgour
You can use this document and video1 and Video2 to install OS using Intelligent provisioning.
Use SPP for upgrading the drivers and firmwares. Refer this document and video.

I already try this version ansd it donc work

I updated the firmware

and the SPP

but it still don't work

Maybe it is a problem with my server 2025 STD ROK package (CD ROM) ?

Do you know where I can upload one other ?

Hi @mattgour ,

Yes, you can try with other OS image.
Sometimes, the RAID array will be created but the array might not be configured as a Bootable array. Please try that as well.
