need to insert message at the bottom of all user's email

I'm looking for a way to have a message ( a disclaimer) inserted at the bottom of every email sent by every user. They are on a SBS running Exchange and use Outlook. It needs to be a mesage that can be changed at one location and globally change all users' mesage.

I encountered this article at Techrepublic.com and I thought it may apply to you. I was also curious as to adding a block of text to every users e-mail and I had seen your post, so to be nice I am sending you the info as well. I hope this is what you were looking for.
