change play button on one touch keyboard

I have an illuminated one touch keyboard usb.
Is there a way to configure the play button to run a local file?
the play button does not work corectly in winamp. I found a winamp plugin to run the corect buttons, but i don't know how to set it up to run play.exe

I'm running win XP with win 2000 netropia drivers

help anyone? :)
