      <description>my system got instable and slowed down (Win ME on HP Pavilion N5295). I don't know if there is a relation to this WINKQF.exe, because ever since this program started to try to connect the internet my computer works when it shouldn't... I searched the web for winkqf.exe but i couldnt find any information... Can anybody help me?</description>
