how to access news group througt outlook ?

Hi, experts
i want to access newsgroup through outlook, How to configure?, must I get a accout and password from the newsgroup server? how to get it ? for example I wish to access Group: comp . groupware . lotus-notes . admin

1. On the main Outlook menu:

View / Go To / News

(this starts the default Outlook newsreader)

2. On the Newsreader menu:

Tools / Accounts / News / Add

(this is where your news server info goes.)

That will do what you ask.
An alternative is DejaNews from any browser.

Sunny, those are the login/password to the news server. You still have to have an account on the news server even though you access it through Outlook.
