    <description>did a restore and compare of winnt directory from before having this problem &lt;BR /&gt;HPDCMON.dll was different.  This is used for language monitor.  Technet says &lt;BR /&gt;this can cause high spooler utilization anyway.  Deleted from registry and &lt;BR /&gt;restarted spooler, error all gone.</description>
