    <description>If you can't find it on your CD, try searching Microsoft's web site. They &lt;BR /&gt;usually have their Tweak utils available for download. It may be included in &lt;BR /&gt;their "Power Tools" package (also downloadable). You may have to search their &lt;BR /&gt;knowledge base to find it though, as they don't always make the tweakers easy &lt;BR /&gt;to find.</description>

      <title>Windows 98 Tweakui utility</title>

      <description>The tweakui utility is appended to the standard issue windows 98 CD ROM (so I &lt;BR /&gt;am told).  How is this utility accessed using the CD which accompanies a new HP &lt;BR /&gt;Omnibook XE2 ?</description>
