Don't see any reason that Apache wouldn't work on XP home although I haven't tried it myself. You will need Service Pack 1 thought.

You can download a binary from any of the mirror sites like:

ftp://ftp.apache.inetcosmos.org/pub/apache/dist/httpd/binaries/win32/

In this directory is a README.html with some info about XP, etc.

Good luck,
ard

XP home Edition. ?

Thanks & Regards
Sri

Unfortunately IIS is not available with home edition. You should go for "XP Professional"

Check this link

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/whichxp.asp

TT
