Hi Here are some tools you can use if you are using windows.

Srvadm to install/uninstall or start/stop windows services.

Here's another one:

Startup Delayer. Delay some programs at startup so you can start using your computer and let the delayed programs run at their own pace.

All tools are zipped and attached.

I downloaded the CPU test program and couldn't Unzip it. I tried renaming it - still no go.

I could download and use diskdata, however the one to test CPU isn't recognized by winzip, even the last one you've uploaded.
