Friends,
Technically I'm aware that NTFS to FAT32 conversion is not possible but I've heard that there's a tool which can convert NTFS to FAT32?? Any idea??

Try searching for "Partition Magic" program.

Sergejs I've "Partition Magic 8.0" but it does not conver NTFS to FAT32 (Remember it's NOT FAT32 to NTFS).

As Sergejs already said:
PM 7 & 8 are able to do exactly that.

Found you two links, one of them states that it can be done, the other provides with a few possible errors.

In partition magic 8.0. Just select the NTFS partition and then right click and select convert. Then it will have a checkbox for fat32. Then Click apply. It will reboot your machine and convert it on the next boot. Let me know if you have any luck. I just did this today so I know it is possible.
