Jon is so modest. He's does a fantastic job here. It's good that someone from HP recognizes his contribution(s).

Perhaps you can suggest to upper management that we could do an even better job if we had preferred access to training, tools, product info, etc. Access could be restricted to the top 1, 5, or 10 point-getters in each forum and for only as long as they maintain their position.
