      <description>You should be able to remove the jumper on the mother board to deactivate the bio passwd.&lt;BR /&gt;The jumper should be marked on the inside case or the motherboard.</description>

      <description>Hi nick,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Same happened to me some years ago and I called the Company expert upon assistance. He did that: Open the computer, remove the battery for a couple of minutes, fix again and restart.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I suppose you can explore this track as well.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alain.</description>
