    <description>The back button doesn't work for one of my users. The lastest ie available installed. I tried reinstalling it. However, the problem seems associated to one profile.</description>

      <description>Dan:&lt;BR /&gt;Try this:&lt;BR /&gt;Select tools --&amp;gt; Internet options --&amp;gt; Advanced --&amp;gt; Security . Under this, See if you have selected "Do Not Save encrypted pages to disk". If this is selected, un-select it and then try the thing once again. &lt;BR /&gt;Tom</description>

      <description>Is it possible that the "reuse window for launching shortcuts" item in Advanced Internet options is UNCHECKED?  This would cause new windows to be constantly opened, and then there would be no previous page to go back to.&lt;BR /&gt;Just a thought...&lt;BR /&gt;Good Luck!&lt;BR /&gt;~kim&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
