Omnibook XE3 GC creating diagnostic partition

Hi!
I have deleted diag partition and I don't know how to restore it. I have downloaded file "part230l" and executed it (it is diagtools 2.30L) but when extracting is over it reports that partition is gone. How to make it, i have partition magic 7 for dos? Link to e-diag tools on hp site is invalid, and referes me to index page (http://www.hp.com/notebooks/us/eng/support/e-diagtools/e-diagtools_downloads.htm).

No need to worry anymore with this issue, always remember that even though you have deleted the diagnostics partition it is still available to you on the HP recovery CD. Simply boot from the CD-ROM drive with the HP recovery CD and select the option to run the diagnostics, it is equal to having it installed on the Hdd.
