vim32.dll Error?

Hi,
Does anyone know how to solve the missing file vim32.dll error? My Norton's Systemworks 2002 detects this but can't fix it. I've installed all the HP updates for my Laserjet 3200 All-in-one printer so I'm not sure what the problem is!

Any help would be appreciated!
