      <description>I have a pavilion 6330 model and I recently  ran the firmware update at this &lt;BR /&gt;URl &lt;A href="http://www.hp.com/cposupport/swindexes/hppavilion6506_swen.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.hp.com/cposupport/swindexes/hppavilion6506_swen.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When i did somehow it didn't finish now i have no Cdrom Drive ...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What can i do to fix this problem ...plz any response would be helpful...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you very much for your response</description>

      <description>Doug's right. It has to go to the factory, the firmware chip pulled and replaced.  Sorry..........   :(</description>
