    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have a user who receives the message "Do you want to save changes" when they reply to e-mails in Outlook 2002, it has only happened suddenly and I can't put my finger on why it is happening?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could anyone help?</description>

      <description>Anroniov,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the user presses no or cancel the message gets sent as normal, if she presses yes to the message it gets saved to the drafts folder.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Neil</description>
