      <description>salam &lt;BR /&gt;thanks for your help , but it seems to be that the database inthe server can not recognize how to order the messages received and so it stuck in the que , we solve the problem permenentaly by restarting the database ,but i want to know what is the main cause of the prolem if it happened again how to solve it</description>
