1. I have Installed office 2003 on a client running windows xp. Whenever I try opening Powerpoint, an error message pops up saying an error has occurred and powerpoint will be closed by windows. it asks me to send the error to microsoft.
2. I am trying to upgrade another windows xp client from office xp to office 2003 and an error pops up saying something like "error 1311. source file not found: C:\MSOCache\All Users...." then it asks me to retry or quit. i have used the same installation successfully on other clients.
Can anyone please help?
