Compaq Armada M700

I have Windows XP Professional installed. It will start and opens up after several try (manual close & press start button again). At the first try, it runs and opens up through when Windows XP shows in the screen and starts to open up (few seconds), then it stops (freezed or stucked).

Have any of you encountered the same or simillar problem? If you were successful in fixing this type of problem, please share with me your solution.
