topic Insight Manager Agents in Operating System - Microsoft

Does anyone know how completely to remove the insight agents on Windows 2000. The agents come up an error and either no status or the incorrect status is displayed. When you check the event log, it says to try re-install or emergency repair, tried uninstall and reinstall, but still have the same problem.

Any clues ?
Easiest way is to just run HijackThis and then check each entry that has to do with Insight and press Fix Checked. If you want to post the log as an attachment I can tell you which ones to safely check.

http://tomcoyote.org/hjt/hjt199//HijackThis.exe

Ron
