Free/Busy Times Not Available for Attendees

I see slashes by attendee names in Outlook calendar, along with the message: "No Information. No free/busy information could be retrieved." Is the problem with Ipaq or with Outlook? How do you fix it? Thanks...

You should also make sure that all the attendees are sharing free/busy data and what the default time value is if the meeting is in the future. Outlook sets 2 months as the default......

Thanks for the suggestions. But none were successful. We are on Windows XP Pro, Outlook 2003. I've attached a screen print of what the problem looks like (I've blacked-out the names). Believe me, I've done all the setting checks in Outlook and Ipaq. Nothing makes those slash marks disappear.
