I have had the same problems with my computer before. A year ago (to the day), I had my keyboard replaced (from future shop) because those keys were not working. Now it's not working again and I'm really frustrated. The last time they replaced my keyboard, I had to reboot my entire computer and reinstall everything on it. I've ran the diagnostic tools and it says everything is fine. I don't understand why replacing the keyboard is not fixing the problem permanently. The suggestion of rebooting RAM, Memory, etc. sounds a bit complicated to me. Can anyone explain it in laymens terms?

If you keep obtaining the same issue after replacing the keyboard then your attention must turn to the ps/2 connector (systemboard)
