    <description>&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;       Now we encountered a radia issue in our project, which occurs between radia software manager and McAfee 8.0i. While we are installing MS Office 2003 using RSM 4.0i, there are several following situations.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;       1. if McAfee services(Mcshield.exe and UpdaterUI.exe) are enabled, the RSM will hang and you can but kill it using task manager.&lt;BR /&gt;       2. If Mcshield.exe is enabled and UpdaterUI.exe is disabled, the RSM can install Office 2003 into the client machine but Mcshield.exe is changed into disabled status by Radia.&lt;BR /&gt;       3. If McAfee services are disabled, the RSM can install Office 2003 well.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Knows someone howto solve this startup error&lt;BR /&gt;on the NT4.0 SP6a machine ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;EventID: 7022&lt;BR /&gt;Source: service Control Manager&lt;BR /&gt;The McAfee Framework Service service hung on starting. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.0i &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;kind regards&lt;BR /&gt;chris</description>

      <description>hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;that event is only telling u that the McAfee service did not start.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;has the service ever started? understand from the macfee website that Windows NT 4 is supported but not sure if u have the latest patches applied besides SP6a.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards.</description>

      <description>Check your disk space.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sometimes if you don't have enough free space then these types of things happen.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also try to reinstall or repair.</description>

      <description>We have an identical problem here as well.  The model is called a D5M. 1.8P4 probably a 845 chipset.  Whenever Mcafee 7.0 or 8.0i is installed the p/c hangs in various ways.   Network properties can not be accessed.  Device manager is unreachable.  When shutting down, windows seems to close, but the p/c will not turn off as it should.  The only way to keep the p/c usable is to disable McAffe frame work services.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Better yet the model number and serial number have no response when searching.</description>
