      <description>I have a dl380 G3, that is rebooting up to 4 times a day.  Each time, the management logs stated show stop error Blue Screen Trap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x0000000A (0x80FFFFE8, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x804F1918))&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;the firmware level is up to 7.10 and the os is Server 2003, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.</description>

      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This reboot can be for various reasons the things you need to look into are&lt;BR /&gt;Take the server down and run diagnostics to make sure all the hardware comes clean,also better to upgrade the firmware to the latest.&lt;BR /&gt;Then the application on the server if hogs the resources can also cause the server to go down many times&lt;BR /&gt;This could be a genuine hardware issue either the motherboard or the memory migth hvae to be replaced.Confirm before you replace any parts.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Rgds&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HGN</description>

      <description>Thanks for the speedy response.  I was thinking of having the memory replaced, it has 4 256 dimms although no failures report in SIM nor predictive failures.  The box was upgraded to 2k3 about 6 months ago, however, I did have the problem prior just not as frequently. &lt;BR /&gt;Is there a resource that could be used to identify/ troubleshoot these stop errors</description>

      <description>since updating the firmware on the controller to the 7.2 level, it has been working like a champ.  Could have been an issue</description>
