The spring that is suppose to lift a black <BR />rubber tab does do seem to work properly. Is there a downloadable pamphlet that <BR />shows how the paper flows. You can contact the printer support group <BR />directly at 208-323-2551.<BR /><BR />You can check to see if they have a forum for this printer and try posting a <BR />question there.
