Ever since I got my HP Pavilion 9565C I have been receiving message "couldn't
load MDMDVDIF.DDL" when starting up. Now for the past few days in addition to
that message I am receiving another error message prior to this one which says
"BR_SRVC.DDL file is linked to missing export". PLEASE HELP. Thanks in
advance.

Hi Mary Lou,

These errors are coming from the Pavilion BIOS or drivers. You will need to
post your question in the Pavilion forum. You can access the Pavilion forums
by clicking on the "HP User Community Site" link under the "Other HP Forums"
section on the right hand side of the Microsoft forum.
