hp no longer supports my desktop and my recovery cd's are damaged. anyone know where i can get a set of ME recovery cd's for the pravilion xt930 ? the part number is 5065-6733

i've tried those sites and have had no luck. i've also looked on ebay. thks anyway. any more suggestions??

Hello Gary,

I would suggest you to call 1-800-227-8164 ( HP Parts Store ) with the Software Build ID, and the BOM ID . They might help you in finding the Recovery CDs. The Software Build ID and the BOM ID will be listed on a Stocker on the Tower.

Software Build ID is 13NapAHIT3 ( However, cross verify with that on the tower )
