      <description>Hello, &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You'll need to post your question in the appropriate printer forum or give the printer support team a call. You can access the printer forums by clicking the link on the right side of the forums (in the blue banner) that says HP User Community Forums - then follow the links to your model.
