      <title>CD recovery doesn't work</title>

      <description>I have the Media Center 495 and I've tried to use the CD's for recovery - they're not working. I've tried 3 times so far and at the end I get a message that the full system is not installed. What can I do?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Jenny</description>

      <description>John,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks, I read everything that you suggested and so far it's still not working. I've read other forums where you have to wait, sometimes several hours, for Windows to be installed. I've waited almost 24 hours and still the Windows logo is still up. The difference this time is that the 'please wait' statement is gone and it's just the Windows logo that's up (but this time it's only been up for about an hour).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Jenny</description>

      <description>Hmmmm Ok, let me ask you this, why were you doing a recovery to begin with, was it for hard drive problems, or maybe a virus, etc !? And, are you sure the CD's are actually the recovery ones.</description>
