    <description>I spoke to the HP support centre and they advised me to upgrade the firmware on the tape drive which I did (V2.05 to V2.08).  The system is now working correctly.  Hope this helps you!</description>

      <description>Dan,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you have any more details you could provide on your problem?  What hardware are you running?  What operating system, version, service packs do you have installed?       <description>Dan,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you have an Adaptec 2940 or 154xB card installed?  If so, it is a problem with the Adaptec driver and the bus resetting.       <description>We have a client who is receiving the same error message but this is on an Internal 8Gb IDE Travan drive.  Any other suggestions?</description>
