Hello.I have a friend who lost her yahoo password and now she can not log in to her account but she is sure the password was spelled corectly as sh echanged it.The dumb thing is that she did no tmak ethe email account herself,so she does not know the answer to the secret question.HOW CAN SHE RECOVER HER PASSWORD?

She will need to contact the person that set up the email account and get the secret question data. It may be easiest to just set up another Yahoo account.

They make it hard to find, but you can actually email yahoo for help here:
