Deleting large sized emails from the outlook inbox

Hi,

I want to clean up my outlook email which goes beyond allocated size.
I want to delete some old invite from the outlook calender and also emails from inbox having larger size.

Can someone suggest how to find them for the deletion so that i can free some space ?

Select Options

Then Advanced Find

Use the drop down box for "SIZE".

You can also change your view and sort by the top column.

Hi,
for calendar I suggest you to put in place the archiving process to archive item older than 'x' time:
calendar->properties->autoarchive.
For item in inbox use advance find to look for mail larger than 'x' KB. Once found you cab delete or move then to another folder.

Try Ctrl-Shift-F for the advanced Find feature, otherwise you can find it under Tools, Instant Search, Advanced Find.
