    <description>thanks for the quick response.  I failed to mention it is a laptop.  I fixed it already.  Somehow the language was changed to spanish.  I figured it our rather quickly.  thanks anyway though.</description>

      <description>when I type the question mark key I get -_.  When I type the at for email I get ".  What is the problem---.  Please help me! i get this ñ when i hit the column button.</description>

      <description>Hi there,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What I always do is, that I remove the keyboardlayouts that you do not use, most of the time you will only keep one layout, if that is the case, it can never switch to another layout (by pressing Left-ALT+SHIFT)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have a nice day,&lt;BR /&gt;Regards, Ronald</description>
