I TOOK MY COMPUTER TO ADD MORE MEMORY AND RESTORED AT BESY BUY.
THEY WERE UNABLE TO RESTORED MY MICROSOFT WORKS 6.0 AND ENCARTA. HOW CAN I GET A RECOVERY CD

HP will send you a disk IF there not discontinued,etc. I've had good luck with www.computersurgeons.com, generally fast and around $20.00
