    <description>I went through the add new hardware process using Windows XP. When it got to the end, I was asked if I wanted to print a test page. I responded yes and it started printing test pages and wouldn't stop. Even after turning off both the printer and computer, I restarted and attempted to print a word doccument and all it did was to continue to print the same test pages over and over.  I'm at a lost.
