I don't understand well your question.

You can copy/rename a file with explorer, right click the file, copy/paste, then F2 to rename the file.

You can use "File -> Save as.." from excel to save the file with another name.

The file I am trying to copy has about twenty or more sheets. When I try to copy it only copies one sheet not the complete file.

Hi:

What method did you use to copy the file?

What version of Excel? Has it been updated?

Go here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/downloads/default.aspx and click on "Check for Microsoft Updates"

Make a great day!

Roger
