Are you booting from the CD? Is it set in the BIOS?

More info needed, what exactly is happening?

Yes, I use the window 2000 Pro cd, I can boot from the cd and formating, but when it's done and it's boot and when the starting up, it's hung at the window2000 logo on the screen.
