    <description>Whenever I press any key on the keyboard the whole system freezes.  The keyboard works up until windows loads. I can us F8 to get into safe mode but the computer still freezes when I try to use the keyboard.</description>

      <description>Hi petty01,&lt;BR /&gt;Try another keyboard.&lt;BR /&gt;If you use a PS/2 keyboard it can be possible the connector is not good anymore, then you have to buy a USB keyboard. &lt;BR /&gt;Also UBS keyboard use another driver, so can be that that one works fine. if a file of the windows got corrupted.       <description>I ran into this on a system I serviced within the last year or so.  The PS/2 keyboard and mouse jacks weren't well marked on the back.  The user had plugged the keyboard plug into the mouse jack and vice versa.  Reversing the two solved the problem.  Hope this helps.  -Randy</description>
