howto recover lost IMAP mails on VISTA Business ?

all my old IMAP mails where deleted during the wrong synchronisation with freemail.de

how can I recover them on VISTA Business ?

knows someone a good recovery tool ?

doesn't work under VISTA

I've recovered all deleted *.eml *.fol and *.pat files.

howto read mail messages from these files ?

where are all deleted mails from the client, deleted during the IMAP synchroniosation with a server ?
can I still find them on a harddisc using any recovery software ?
