Create a bootable USB thimb drive...

There is a utility from HP to make a thumb drive bootable I think with an .iso image. Can someone direct me to the HP link that has this utility?

Yes, but I found that it won't work for me because I want to boot an integrity machine with it.

I don't know which member of the integrity family you are trying to use, but maybe this link will help. It provides a list of supported servers for the HP drive key.
