The user is printing to a networked HP LaserJet6P. The printer is connected to a JetDirect 300x box. The user is printing directly to the JetDirect box (IP address) through a HP direct jet port. Also, sometimes the user has to turn off the JetDirect 300x box and then turn on the JetDirect 300x box to be able to print. Other users using this printer do not have this problem.<BR /><BR />PCL XL error<BR />Subsystem: KERNEL<BR />Error: IllegalTag<BR />Operator: 0x1b<BR />Position: 2064 <BR /><BR />Can you reccomend how to solve these errors?
