missing post/ black screen saying loading command set

i posted last night with a prob now the post is gone? when i start my hp it comes up with the hp logo and gos right to a black screen saying loading command set and thats it any help.

few things i have tryed is starting up with windows cd nothing happens, and i took the hard drive out and started it up same message comes up.
