Hi,

what are the advantages and disadvantages from using
outlook trough vpn and using outlook web-access?
which one would be better?

Using VPN, you are using your Outlook environment, including any local .PSTs, shared folders, etc. With OWA, you are limited to whatever is provided via the Web interface.
