Quick Launch Buttons - Make a Loud Beep Noise

I have a HP Pavilion dv6308nr notebook. Running Windows Vista Home Premium

Ok i just installed a new bios on my system and i dont know why. Everything went well except for my quick launch buttons. (Which are the blue touch screen buttons on top of the keyboard)

The quick launch buttons work fine its just that they make a loud beeping noise instead of the regular click noise.

I dont know what to do. Please help. I reseted the BIOS. Did a full system restore. And updated the drivers for the quick launch buttons. But nothing happened. HP said that it is a hardware problem and that i need to send in my notebook. I dont want to send in my notebook for 3 months!

If anyone can help me on this that would be much appreciated.
