I have a pavilion ZE4801ea. Every time I press the following keys, "b,n, /, space bar" i always get the following response; "b n" and then the "n" has a run away. The only way I can stop the run away is by hitting as many keys as possible and then it finally stops.
I have formatted the hard drive, fault still appears.
If I attach a PS2 keyboard then that works fine, but the laptop keyboard fault still appears.
After fitting the PS2 keyboard and that worked I thought it must be a fault on the laptop keyboard. I replaced the laptop keyboard with a new one but quess what - the fault is still there.
Can anyone advise on what action to take now, all advice greatfully received. Thanks
