DV6000 Quickplay touch button not working as it should

I have problem with my DVD writer. Send in to HP repair centre. Came back, but the Quickplay/DVD touch button does not work as it should (when click launch QUICKPLAY without bootup the OS)
Please help how to restore this back??

My OS is Vista Home

Try installing HP Quick Launch Buttons
from here:
