    <description>I am also have RestoreWiz nightmares. I have been searching for a solution since Sept.'08. I have tried adding the extra zeros but this doesnt work. My restorewiz app stops working at about 50% of scan for restored files. I contacted HP tech support who told me NEVER EVER use HP software for backup always use Microsoft. WOW. &lt;BR /&gt;If anyone can help please help!!! All of my childrens pictures are lost in this one 2GB file. &lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Here is a link to an earlier HP forum thread on this issue.
