cant export a pivot table from datawarehouse

I get the following error when I try to export a pivot table from datawarehouse into MS excel. "Safety settings on this computer prohibit accessing a data source on another domain"
All the normal stuff has been checked..trusted site is added, active x is enabled and web tools are installed. I can do this from a different computer so its my computer. My IT dept cant fix it!
Any ideas?

This doesn't look like anything to do with HP-UX. It looks like a windows issue.

This is indeed an IE setting.

Go into Tools, Internet Options, Security Tab, Trusted Security Zone.

Click on the "Custom Level" Button and scroll down to "Miscellaneous".

Change "Access data sources across domains" from disabled to either enabled or prompt.

Check some of the other settings in this group to see if they apply to your set up also.
