You don't need to buy new software.

You just need to contact Microsoft. they will ask you for some means of verification that you buy the software legally.

Good luck.

Regards.

Hello, I have an HP laptop and I recently had to send it in for maintenance work. When I got it back I attempted to use Microsoft Word but it wont let me access it because I need my product key. Before I sent it in I had no problems with this because I had my key. Since I lost my key do I have to go out and buy all new Microsoft Office software or is there someway I can find it on my computer. Any answers would be great.

Thanks for reading my post.
